We used Viktoria Professional Movers for our residential move (2-bedroom-apartment) within Toronto this year, and it was simply the smoothest experience ever. We had done most of the boxing and prep work ourselves, based on the advice given to us in advance by our movers, which helped a lot and saved us some money as well.

The move itself was fast and uncomplicated. The guys were nice, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

The Viktoria team is professional from beginning to end. They provided a prompt quote, were able to accommodate our move date & time request, followed up with a confirmation call the day before our move. And then on moving day, their movers called to let us know they were arriving shortly. Kevin and his moving team was punctual to the minute, they were efficient, professional, and very courteous. We greatly appreciated the care they took with our belongings. I won’t hesitate to use their services again in the future. Thank you for turning a stressful day into an easy one.

I have to say the service was amazing! I called and scheduled the move, I received a phone confirmation on the day before the move. I received a phone call, as promised, when the team was on their way. They promised to arrive between 8-10 am and hit that window perfectly. When the team arrived, they each introduced themselves, in a very professional manner. We did a walk through of the house on what to take and what to leave. They went to work within seconds after the walk through! The team, really hustled and worked hard! I offered them some beverages and snacks, and they were very appreciative and grateful. The snacks didn’t slow them down, they kept working! They were extremely polite, and conscientious about making sure that neither house was damaged in the process of the move, they made sure to ask if they were unsure of where an item should go, and they did it all with a smile on their face. They were extremely pleasant the entire day and made moving as fun as possible. If I ever move again, I would want these guys to do it! I highly recommend Viktoria movers, especially if Alex, Marco and Greg are a representative of all employees in the company. We had tons of stuff! It was an 8 hour move and these guys left with a smile on their face, the way they arrived. The last movers I hired were horrifying, so it was especially pleasant to have such a wonderful experience. I wanted to use a local GTA mover for my long distance move to Laval Quebec because I am skeptical about those big moving companies, better to have someone local and accountable. Viktoria came recommended from a family friend and they immediately impressed: sensible estimate, asked a bunch of questions, informative, cute voice at the office. My experience with them was very professional and capable. A good, fair price for service that it seems to me is probably the best deal better then you can expect from others. They kept in touch daily to ensure I knew what was going on during the transport, even on a Sunday. They have earned my recommendation, and I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of times I’ve done that.

The guys at Viktoria were absolutely amazing. The team was very knowledgeable and helped coordinated our dates and times in a very short time frame. The guys showed early and immediately started putting things in the truck. They were extremely courteous and careful with everything. Once we got to the new place, we realized the sofa wouldn’t fit up the stairs and so they finished unloading everything else. The team came back the next day with an extra guy and hoisted our sofa through the balcony in half an hour flat. These guys were quick, professional and very careful with everything. Not only that,  but their price was very fair in comparison to some of the other larger moving companies who have no problem charging you an arm and a leg. We had a very pleasant experience with Viktoria and would highly recommend them!
